iSportsman Hires System Support Specialist

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA — Eric Wivczar recently joined the Applied Sciences & Information Systems’ (ASciS) team to support the iSportsman service and other company projects as a system support specialist. Eric will be helping to improve network performance and security, monitoring Azure resources and creating logical and physical network maps. As his understanding of company operations expands, the scope of his responsibilities is anticipated to increase as well.

Eric comes from a teaching background as an adjunct instructor from HyperLearning Technologies, an IT school in Virginia. There he earned multiple CompTIA and Microsoft certifications while also serving as a Network Administrator. Eric’s love for computers became his main focus in life after an injury disrupted his prior career path as a Master Carpenter.

“As the saying goes,” says Eric, “Man makes a plan, God laughs.”

It is this cool-headed and adaptable attitude that helped make Eric an ideal addition to the ASciS/iSportsman team. To further expand company efforts, a long-term strategy has been developed by ASciS to scope out the best possible talent on all fronts. By hiring top-quality individuals, iSportsman and ASciS can continue to provide system security features and support for all solutions.
